SHIPPING
  • Q: Can I place an order to ship to an APO or FPO address?
    • A: Yes! When adding a new address, select AA, AE, or AP in the State/Territory drop-down list and enter "APO" or "FPO" in the city field.   
  • Q: When will my order ship?
    • A: By default, in stock orders will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2pm CST or on a legal holiday will be processed the next day. Delivery times may be 2-5 business days after the order is processed.
  • Q: I selected a future release date. When will it ship?
    • A: If a date has been selected in the Future Release date field, the order will be held and shipped on the date selected.      
  • Q: I entered my shipping account number, why am I being charged?
    • A: If your account number is invalid, you will be charged standard shipping.

 

SAFETY MATERIALS RETURN POLICY

  • Any customer requesting a return must first contact rbasten@aem.org for return authorization.
  • All returns must be within 10 working days of receipt of item.
  • Product must be in unused conditions with no alterations.
  • A $25 restocking fee applies and customer must pay return shipping.
